I think this is the 2nd re-release of the blackbird model and the first release of the composite version.
A lot of Porsche – 930, 964, 993, 996, 997 were made of metal before 2015. AA forces us to wait too long for composite equivalent of these
Good morning everyone.
Sorry for the question…maybe I missed something.
But, specifically on the Blackbird, what changes from the last version proposed in 2021 on the occasion of the 30th Anniversary?
From the photos, there are a few subtle differences:
* “Porsche” emblem added at the front;
* “Porsche” text added at the rear;
* the wheels have nipples now;
* side blinker have been removed;
* more accurate hinges for the engine hood;
* the engine seems to be more detailed: more wires, a new red element.
If they added removable carpeting in the frunk, it would be a serious change.
It’s completely new tooling, the roofline is so different from the old one
Beautiful model. However I still wondering why AA delays so long with releasing 911 (993) Turbo, GT2 and when will it ever happen.
Too bad the only available colour is black (black and white are the most boring colours on the world).
