We’re not sure if this is a first in scale, but BBR will be releasing a 1:18 resin and sealed version of their Ferrari 365 California S N 09849 1992. The catch is that it is defined as the “Rain Version” – the exterior Black has rain droplets through. Neat look and outside-the-box thinking. Production here is limited low 18 units.

BBR has done their “rain version” nonsense on many of their models for a number of years now. This model has been produced before by them in same color scheme, and in numerous other colors, and on different bases…all so they can milk the cash cow. Not really limited, and NO business ethics.
So, can I call the models in my collection that show paint rash traces as “light sprinkle of rain edition models”?
