The latest release from BBR is the 1:18 scale BMW Gina Concept. Personally, I never knew this concept was developed. At first glance, it seems a bit monotone for a concept car. The BMW Gina did do the car show circuit back in 2009. BBR will develop two versions of the model: the standard, and premium version with display. Model is expected July 2015.
There is a terrific video of Chris Bangle discussing this car, getting into the aesthetic ideas behind the design, on YouTube. Bangle had polarizing ideas, being more of an artist than a pure “car guy.” But, it wouldn’t be art without pushing some limits!
