About the Ferrari 275… “In 1965 Ferrari arranged for a racing version of the model, the 275 GTB Competition, who had the difficult task of replacing the winning 250 GTO, to the development boundary, in the International Championship for Manufacturers GT races, reserved for Gran Turismo and where war raged between Cobra-Ferrari. During his sporting career this car obtained numerous successes. Primarily those of the class achieved in the 24 Hours of Le Mans race won three times in a row in 1965, 1966 and 1967. Also it triumphed in its class at the 24 Hours of Daytona in 1969 and was able to win the class titles in the classic of the length of 1000 km as Monza (1966, 1967), Spa-Francorchamps (1969) and Nurburgring (1966).”
