Imagine if they had this in 1:18

But then again, Maisto has just about raised the white flag for the 1:18 market with the exception of American Pony cars. Bummer. This one would make enough made for an awesome alternative for what AutoArt wanted for their model (an arm and a leg).

  2. Henry Chen says:

Agree!!! Maisto should be making this in 1:18 also!

  3. jazzy426 says:

Looks like 1/18 to me not until i see the description. I imagine this could be a winner if they decide to make it as 1/18 I wonder why they seem to be investing more on 1/24 much like what Welly been doing in this past few years. Is there a growing market for 1/24 and easier to sell since it cost significantly less to begin with?

  4. Aston says:

From my point of view, the 1-24 scale has two significant advantages:
    1-size (optimal for demonstration)
    2-price (which is important).
But at the same time, the manufacturers M1: 24 (1:25) known to us do not have sufficient quality and elaboration of details.

  5. Ken says:

I just received mine in the mail this week. Awesome details.
The doors don’t have the usual “dog-leg” hinges either!
I am disappointing that the hood and trunk don’t seem to open.
I have the green custom one sitting at my NY shipping address, but from the photos online, it’s hood opens.
I still love this version though.
