GreenLight is back this week with two additional entries for their version of the diecast metal 1:18 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28. The car is based on the 1981 car with access to interior bits. Colours include Red with Orange tri-colour Z28 stripes and Black with Blue tri-colour Z28 stripes. Both examples should arrive in late April 2022.

I really like 2nd generation Camaros and Firebirds. It’s just too sad that there are no real good quality models out there for these cars. This is by no means a particularly good model and yet it’s probably the best ofering in 1:18. I’m particularly offended by the curvature and general shape of the A-pillar.
So true! That roof! not as obvious with the t-top option but… Somebody could have had a look at the AutoWorld or ertl 1970-71 Camaro and somewhat emulate the front part of the roof. We’re also missing a good 77-78 and even trough 81 Firebird and Trans-Am for that matter.
I’ll still be getting both of those anyway! You know, only game in town…
