Kyosho will be introducing another colour for their 1:18 Lamborghini Countach LP400, Yellow is the next colour to be added to the assortment of LP400’s. The OUSIA brand focus on sealed, diecast metal replicas for various marques. The LP400 will hit the market this coming December.

now this so called Ousia range is just going to cost twice as much with no working features it is nothing but a magnified 1/43 model.

The reason, why the model is in the sealed body shell can be only one – price reduction. Only in this case Kyosho will be able to compete with similar models from Autoart. Model with opening elements of the body will be much more expensive, because the labor of Chinese workers in recent years has become much more expensive.
Nope, just because Minichamps got a lot of brands and they are challenging against the fashion of sealed resin with a brand that they dont care to damage..
Kyosho is sacrified, Minichamps owners win money, and the reputation of the brand Minichamps stay intact.
Its a win-win solution for Minichamps… even they got Al most real killing autoart with they new models..

I’m disappointed about Kyosho that they don’t make modelcar with sealed body shell!!! I’m only big fan(and respect) for Autoart because they make cars with open parts!!!
Yes, but now they are selling you “composhit” models por more money than older full die-cast models… they told us that will low the prices, but just the opposite..
So, I think Al most real models are eating the toast.. lets see how much time they decide keep in 130-160€ price range.. with a better product than autoart in +200€ price range…
wont be surprising if Minichamps release this Lp400 sealed under Kyosho and another full opening model under Al Most real..
