Oh POO! I was rather hoping that Minichamps would do in, 1/18 scale, Nigel Mansell’s Williams Honda from 1985 instead of 1987. Especially since Spark did the ’87 car already. Besides, Mansell’s debut victory at Brands Hatch was in 1985 and I like that Williams better. Still I wonder what differences in features this 1/18 Williams Honda has compared to the 1/18 Spark. Such as rolling wheels or even steerable?
PMA has better detailing of the wing end plates (fasteners shown) and has the antennas behind the driver roll hoop. Both are resin models so no functionality. Driver figure is quite good on this one. PMA have improved there.
Not even rolling wheels? What a waste of resources. That’s definitely gonna scare me off
PMA didn’t do so good on the Piquet car. Nelson did not have an air-pipe to his helmet … :-( Only Mansell.
