These guys are on fire, with more new announcements from MotorHelix, including a mix of 1:18 and 1:64 scales. In 1:18, the team is the diecast metal and full-opening Nissan GT-R (R35) Track Edition Engineered by NISMO T-Spec 2022. The car is slick, but the exterior colour Midnight Purple takes the win. Just gorgeous!
Two other pieces in 1:64 scale include the Subaru Impreza Wagon WRX STi Ver. VI – colours include Cherry Blossom Red and Rally Blue with Carbon Fibre Hood. And finally, we have the Honda Civic Type R (FL5) in Supersonic Grey with RI-A wheels.

Problem is absolutely no purple visible in this, only green. So I really hope this is just an angle thing, although the photos are taken from all angles and I don’t see a hint of purple flake anywhere
Yea I don’t get it either. I’d absolutely jump on a MNP R35 in all open, but right now I am not convinced this color is anywhere close.
Definitely a pretty shade of green… they obviously can execute midnight purple because they released the r34 z-tune in midnight purple and midnight purple 3. So who knows what this is. I’d just like to know where their actual r35 nismo release is. Most websites still say expected December 2025, which has long passed.
Please correct the post: the R34 color name is Midnight Green. I’m wondering why Motorhelix released those pictures without a single hint of purple showing anywhere.

Lol, my bad. I was joking. Motorhelix advertised this model as Midnight Purple in their social media, but there isn’t a hint of purple in their photos. Pretty much everyone in the comments was confused about the color. But according to them, it is MP. And yeah, I messed in my comment too: it’s an R35, not an R34.

There are photos of midnight green r34s online.. this model definitely looks closer to that color. Maybe motorhelix made a mistake.

There are photos online of a 2021 gtr r35 t-spec that says “new take on midnight purple paint”. It has ALOT of green in it… but there should still be some purple visible on this model if that’s the color they are going for
