This year will be the 100th run of the legendary Le Mans 24-Hour race. Spark will be celebrating alongside the event with some new limited editions and bringing back a select few classics as new reproductions! Details are limited and forthcoming, we’ll do our best to highlight them as information becomes available. The official PR release is provided below.

100 Years of the Le Mans 24 hours

This year Spark is joining in the celebrations for the 100th anniversary of the Le Mans 24 hours.

We will be putting out a selection of new models along with a few re-issues from amongst all the cars that have competed in this, the most famous, endurance racing event. We will also be producing special figurines, trophies and accessories as well as some surprises. These will all be in celebratory packaging.

The very first Sparks were Le Mans cars from the back of the grid that other model manufacturers did not think worthwhile producing. We have thus been Le Mans supporters and licensees from our very early days.

The very first Spark model was produced in a numbered edition of 100 pieces that were given out by our founder Hugues Ripert to friends and clients. These were never commercially available
