Another project is in the works with Sun Star and YC Model. Both are collaborating on the 1:18 diecast metal and opening Toyota Land Cruiser Prado LC150. Seems their recent partnership with the Mitsubishi Pajero V73 was a great success. This new example is expected to be released in Q3 2026.
This is more, Sun Star will be releasing the 1:18 metal and opening the 1956 Mercury MontClair Open Convertible. Two colour options include Carousel Red/Classis White and Delta Blue. Both are schduled for July 2026 release!

The Pajero is a fairly nice model. If this and Cruiser Prado keeps the quality and the price, should be good too.
(Personaly I hope for a light interior, like most versions of the Pajero. If it’s black or dark gray, I’m not sure I’l be interested.)
Yes, agreed. This colab is producing a much more refined model. That we can surely see is above the Sun Star “norm”. Maybe Sun Star should consider YCM for all their new projects.
