TOP Marques Decorated Samples & New Announcement

Progress is definitely being made on their 1:18 Jaguar XJ 220 as the latest decorated hand-sample shows the exterior paint in Silverstone Green.  It seems some detail has been tweaked too.  Also their 1:18 Toyota 1992 Rally Catalunya winner Sainz- Moya deco sample is moving along nicely too.

New to the fold is the Mosler MT900S from Mosler Automotive Company.  The model is shown in early production form.  It will be crafted in resin with closed-body design.

About Mosler…  “Mosler Automotive was an American supercar manufacturer based in Florida. It was founded in 1985 by Warren Mosler as Consulier Industries, and manufactured the now-defunct Consulier GTP, which was later rebranded and updated as the Mosler Intruder/Raptor when the company spun off its automotive division as Mosler Automotive.  The company produced the MT900R racer and the street-legal MT900S, as well as several unique project vehicles, until its demise in June 2013. Additional manufacturing facilities are based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, England. Filmmaker George Lucas was the first to take delivery of the MT900S.”

  2. Pirullo says:

This color its not British racing green but Silverstone green.

  3. Trent says:

The XJ220 looks good. Definitely an upgrade from the old Maistos. I just hope they do some race versions as well like the #50 TWR LeMans winner or the Martini racing car.

I still dont think they have got the shape of the XJ220 correct. The Maisto failed with its too bulbous nose, This one seems the opposite not sleek enough. Im sure the a frames are more straked on the xj220 and the front fenders arent as sharp.
