We got our hands on one of the newest 1:12 editions from AUTOart, the McLaren P1 in exterior colour Volcano Yellow.  This one is considered Signature and comes from their composite and diecast series.  We understand matching Yellow paint is quite challenging, so inevitably we noticed of variance within the Yellow on the front panels, the worst of the lot being the the functional rear spoiler.

Access to the model is available to the front storage and interior, the heart of the beast is left sealed.  Overall the model does show well with finish and fitment of the various elements well above average.  Interior is clean and well finished, though it could have been elevated sightly more.   At the end of the day does this 1:12 replica provide value, we say no.  At $600 a piece it left us with wanting more.  We’ll do a more in-depth review of the 1:12 Pagani Huayra in Blue soon.  Enjoy the pics!
