43rd scale as identified by the first numbers in the product code. Gp050 and 053 are probably 18th scale however.
The grey ware are all Ferraris as far as I can tell; a 1975 312T, a 1987/88 F1/87 or 88C, and a 1994 412 T1 – a very pretty F1 car with those distinctive sidepods. I guess those are the 1/43 cars, I think they already made the 312T in 1/18.
The painted samples look like a 1980 Renault RE20 and 1991 Williams FW14.
